You've got questions and we've got answers!  Here are some of the most common questions we hear from customers:

When will I receive my order?

Every item we sell is custom made to order.  This means that the timing relies on three parts: processing, production and shipping.  Most of our unique products are processed and produced within 3-7 business days, at which point a shipping notification with tracker is sent to you via email.  After this, most items are shipped out and delivered within 2-7 business days.  Please note that these are general guidelines and for special information related to a specific item, it will be noted on the product page.  Also note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take up to 7-12 business days (after production of items).

Why did I get my order in different shipments when I placed it at the same time?

Since every item can have a different production time, we like to send each item out as it is custom prepared for you.  This may mean that you receive your order in more than one shipment.

 

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within the USA only.  Please check back as we plan to expand to other countries soon!

 

Failed Delivery of Order

At the time of ordering, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.  Please note that if the shipping carrier cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address, then the additional fees to re-ship the order will be your  responsibility (if we are able to verify your correct shipping address). 

 

Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages

There are times when your order will show "delivered" but has not arrived.  This happens because sometimes shipping carriers prematurely send delivery notices.  In these cases, the package will usually arrive with a few days.  If it does not arrive within this time frame, please contact customer service at the respective shipping carrier to determine the location of your package.  Once the order tracking shows "delivered" the resolution of the issue rests with the shipping carrier. 

 

Note

Please leave room for slight variations to the color that appears on your screen and the color of your actual item.  This is due to the fact that individual computer/mobile screens are set to slightly different parameters and thus, colors may display slightly different.  Rest assured that we make every attempt to represent our products as accurately as possible!

Please note that due to the current global pandemic, there may be unexpected delays at all levels of our supply chain, from product stock, production delays, postal delays and tracking issues. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to get your items out to you in the expected time frame and we would greatly appreciate your patience.
