Our prime objective is to design products that will bring a smile to your face and that you will enjoy using in your day to day life.

 

Product Quality and Accuracy

We stand behind our products, but mistakes can happen! In the event that you receive the wrong item, or if any item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order, with a detailed description of the problem and supporting photos at: admin@lovevisionkarma.com .  We will issue a replacement and ship it, with no cost to you!  We will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction!

 

Return Policy

In the odd chance that you aren't delighted with what you have ordered, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your shipment (the delivered date) at admin@lovevisionkarma.com. 

  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item has to be unused and in new condition.   
  • Please return the item to us, using trackable shipping (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded).
  • On the label, indicate that the package is "RETURNED GOODS-NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" which is added to avoid delays and charges at Customs, since returns are processed in Canada.  However, if customs or duties are applied to the return then the customer will be responsible for this.
  • Once the returned item has been inspected and is deemed to meet the criteria above, we will be happy to offer you a refund or store credit.
  • Please allow for 10-15 business days for the return to be processed.  

Please note that returns are processed in Canada and customers are responsible for shipping costs and any customs or duties charges that may be applicable (although customs charges on returns are rare).  If you would like to proceed with your return, further instructions, including the return address will be provided in an email.

 

Failed Delivery of Order

At the time of ordering, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.  Please note that if the shipping carrier cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address, then the additional fees to re-ship the order will be your  responsibility (if we are able to verify your correct shipping address). 

 

Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages

There are times when your order will show "delivered" but has not arrived.  This happens because sometimes shipping carriers prematurely send delivery notices.  In these cases, the package will usually arrive with a few days.  If it does not arrive within this time frame, please contact customer service at the respective shipping carrier to determine the location of your package.  Once the order tracking shows "delivered" the resolution of the issue rests with the shipping carrier.
